Reception is operating 24 hours.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

If you require flexibility around those times, please mention it to us when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available?

Veriu Green Square has very limited parking on site, bookings are essential and subject to availability. Parking is outdoor and not undercover and is charged at $45 per night (exit by 10 am on check-out date). A pre-authorisation is required up to $100 for the remote access.

How do I get to your hotel from the airport?

Sydney Domestic terminal is only 4km away; that’s less than 10 minutes in a taxi or rideshare and less than 5 min on the train to Green Square.

Sydney International Terminal is 6km; a 10-minute taxi ride and less than a 5 minutes’ train ride.

How far is the train station?

Green Square Train Station is just around the corner, about 100m from the doorstep of Veriu Green Square.

Do you have laundry facilities on site?

Veriu Green Square has its own communal laundry and dry cleaning is also available; additional costs apply.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

We had a fantastic Italian restaurant on the ground floor when we opened, sadly they had to shut their doors when Covid hit and we’re actively looking for a new operator to take it over.

Luckily though, we are located in the heart of Alexandria, with tons of hidden neighbourhood gems all around the hotel. Just ask your host for recommendations when you stay with us.
